We’ve been taking our cars here since moving to the area about a year ago. They are always polite, helpful and make time to get you in quickly for urgent issues. The last time I had my car in it needed a replacement part on national back order. Larry went out of his way to search across the country for a suitable parts rather than wait the 4 months it would take for Honda to fill the order. We got our car back and running smoothly in two weeks. I fully recommend bringing your cars here and will continue to use them for ours.

I had an interesting problem in that I had bought four new tires, of which two were defective. Although I didn't buy them or had them mounted at Tom's they treated me as if I were a regular customer, with courtesy and professionalism. I definitely recommend them for any of your automotive work.

These guys are the greatest! Volvo Dealership couldn't fix my 2012 Volvo. I took my car there to take of the Anti-Skid Alarm. It took them 7 days to decide my car simply needed a new battery. During the 7 days they did not return my phone calls and left our of the loop. After they were done with their service, Anti-Skid Alarm continued to show up on the panel, my automatic windows no longer worked and the motor made a bad sound. That was it! I wasn't going to return to Volvo for any further repairs, maintenance or purchase. I found Tom's Auto Center on-line and decided to give them a try. They certainly couldn't be as bad as the Volvo dealership. Tom's Auto Center fixed the windows and found the reason for the Anti-Skid alarm. They also found the reason for my motor noise. I now have a 2012 Volvo that is working great! I highly recommend Tom's Auto Center.
