Friendly helpful staff! We have used Tom's for years because they do excellent work and we trust them.

I like they provide rental cars makes having to get your car repaired easy. Like the detailed inspection report with pictures.

The two behind the counter were both helpful and nice. There was great communication through both texts and emails. Appreciated the link to the website which had my cars diagnostic info. Cookies were also a nice touch.

I had a problem with one tire leaking air recently but have had another tire set off the low tire warning in the fall. Cary suggested Aluminum wheels could well develop the same problem in other wheels so suggested they check and clean all four. Made sense to me and was not too expensive. Sounded better than a flat tire in the winter.

Nobody looks forward to expensive repairs on their vehicle but if they need to be done you want to be sure the work is done right and will be backed by a reputable repair center. Tom's has been my go-to place since 1984. The shop has grown and the staff has too. I know I can count on Tom's to do the work right and to keep at it until I'm satisfied. I highly recommend Tom's to anyone needing automotive repair.

Great and friendly customer service. Always willing to help and not push for non-urgent issues on vehicles.

The mechanic at Tom's was able to do what another mechanic said he couldn't, and that mechanic's solution would've cost more than three times as much as it it did at Tom's. All because of a stubborn bolt on a battery terminal. I dropped off my car early, and it was done way faster than expected Either they're more honest at Tom's, or just better, faster, and stronger.

Helpful as always, good work, will go back.
