I have been bringing our vehicles to Tom's for 5 years. The team always provides top notch service - timely, trustworthy, and thorough. They provide me complete and easy to read status reports on the vehicles and what is needed now or soon, including pictures if needed. The waiting room is spotless and Cary and Misha at the desk are super friendly and helpful. I recommend them highly.

Super friendly staff that break down all the service your car needs based on whether or not it's a safety issue and how close to failing the part is. I've been to a lot of places all around Madison for car care and this is the only place that has broken down what my car needs like this. There are green issues (not a big deal) like worn windshield wipers. Yellow issues (not a safety issue but could shorten the life of the part) like rotating tires for a more even tread wear. Red issues (the part is pretty much dead or a safety issue) like a broken shock. I had a weird rattle happening and they even rode along to listen so I could identify the specific noise I was talking about. Oh yeah, and they give you cookies :-)

They found out what was wrong with my car very quickly. And explained everything to me and finished working on it faster then I would have thought.
