McFarland Auto Repair

My family (my immediate and my parents) all go to Tom's for car service. They know us by name, know our cars, and are extremely accommodating and friendly. They have never had a problem with getting us a loaner care, holding on to our cars, and taking great care of them. We've been to them for simple oil changes, check engine lights going off, leaking sunroofs, and getting used cars checked out before buying them. We've gone to them for several years and will continue to for many more because of the great customer service.

I took my 2008 Corvette to Tom's Auto Center after learning that they have better tools and equipment than local Chevrolet dealerships! The technician went above and beyond when working on my car -- he did a great job. I received far better vehicle service and customer service at Toms than my last 3 dealer service experiences. I'll definitely be going back to Tom's in the future!

I started go to Tom's about 30 years ago because he was a great mechanic and never tried to RIP me off. Then I left Wisconsin for work and just recently returned. Over Memorial Day the A/C in my car went out, so I called Tom's and they got me in ASAP, even giving me a loaner while they worked on the car. Unfortunately the news wasn't great, but they gave me various options and once I gave the go ahead, they got it done quickly, even after I called and got a few things added. I was still using the loaner for FREE during the time the repairs took! Mesha was great and they proved my in instinct was right. Tom and his people are Stand up people and great mechanics. Even got free cookies when I picked up my car. Even though I live in SunPraire now, I'll always recommend Tom's and I'll be going back for any work needed, especially preventative!

Front desk staff is helpful and friendly. Place is hard to find but worth it. They always manage to squeeze me in and do good work. They have loaner cars and a text message that tells you your car is done and free cookies and drinks. What else can I say!

We always bring our cars to Tom's! These are the GOOD guys..... you can trust them! They stand by their work and service. From routine maintenance to a potential severe problem.... they'll find it and go above and beyond to let you know their recommendations. Your safety is their number one priority ..... they'll tell you if you have an immediate need and/or something you can keep an eye on till you decide to repair it.... they tell you the truth and explain everything to you. We are so grateful that they've been in McFarland all these years! Thank you for being the most dependable and experienced guys around! We keep coming back to Tom's and recommend them to everyone!

My Car had overheated just south of McFarland and I had to get a tow to their shop. I was nervous at first because I don't know much about cars and I was worried that these guys would rip me off as I would be an easy target. These guys have done just the opposite. They were able to look at my car earlier than expected and even though I did not receive good news about the condition, They were more than understanding about me not going forward with fixing it. They didn't try to scam me at all. They were fairly priced. Not only that, but being that I lived over an hour and a half away they even went the extra mile to allow me time to get out there again and take care of my car without time constraints. These guys were understanding and very kind to me. I am thankful for their service and I would recommend to anybody in the area
