Great service even without an appointment

Tom's was very professional from start to finish. I appreciated the emailed estimate and text message communication about the repairs. They embrace the way people communicate in the modern world, which not many mechanics do. They did prompt work for a fair price, with excellent communication. Not much else you can ask for in a mechanic.

Paid a premium price for squealing mediocre brakes. I asked for a quote on replacing spark plugs and shocks and they quoted double to triple the retail prices of the parts. When I asked why the parts prices were so expensive, I got nothing but crickets. If your car breaks down in their parking lot, give ‘em a shot. Otherwise, look elsewhere and save some money.
