Super friendly staff that break down all the service your car needs based on whether or not it's a safety issue and how close to failing the part is. I've been to a lot of places all around Madison for car care and this is the only place that has broken down what my car needs like this. There are green issues (not a big deal) like worn windshield wipers. Yellow issues (not a safety issue but could shorten the life of the part) like rotating tires for a more even tread wear. Red issues (the part is pretty much dead or a safety issue) like a broken shock. I had a weird rattle happening and they even rode along to listen so I could identify the specific noise I was talking about. Oh yeah, and they give you cookies :-)
