I know this is long, but it has to be said. It’s always challenging walking into any mechanic, regardless of what you may or may not know about cars. But I always feel comfortable, acknowledged, and never talked down to at Tom’s Auto. I’ve trusted these guys with every car I’ve owned for years now, and they’ve never let me down. But my most recent experience was next-level. I purchased a car for my mom and brought it in for a used car inspection. Let’s just say Tom's team, and Cody (shout out!) saved me thousands—literally! For under $200, they uncovered potential issues that would have cost me over $2,000 on top of the $10,000 I spent on the vehicle. And here’s the kicker—they didn’t push to fix it themselves but instead suggested I take it back to the dealer. How refreshing is that? Luckily, it was great advice and it all worked out. I can’t say enough about the integrity, professionalism, and top-notch service I’ve experienced here year after year.
