Everyone was Professional and curteous. Appreciated the detailed diagnostic on my vehicle beforehand. Car seems to be running great but prices do seem a bit high especially on some parts.

I am 89 years old. They brought me home and picked me up so I could have my car serviced. They explained every they did carefully and gave me advice about caring for my car. I sincerely appreciate their great service.

I'm always confident that Tom's Auto will take their time and make sure my vehicle is drivable. Just had a light come on that said low tire pressure (fancy cars with lights)! Never had one that told me what was happening. So I called Tom's and they had me come right over. Found a chunk of metal in my back tire. I left my car, they drove me home, and ordered the tire. Next day they called before noon to say the tire was done. Offered to come get me. A friend gave me a ride. I love Tom's! It is the only place I would take my car. We have been going to Tom's for over 30 years!
