Great experience promptness was amazing I went into it with little expectations. Understood it would take however long and I was good with it. When I dropped my vehicle off Kerry was amazing said he would do what he could to get it in as soon as possible to diagnose problem and get back to me. Fortunately, they had a loaner so the stress of using another vehicle was lower and again Kerry explained expectations and cost for loaner while I waited for my vehicle. Fast forward to 4 days later Monday, Kerry called and explained to me the options, after discussing we agreed on an option and Kerry said he would order parts and get the vehicle done soon and call back when it was finished. 5 hour later Kerry called back saying vehicle was done.. Again, I reiterate my service, promptness and overall customer service with Kerry and the crew at Tom's Auto Center was a GREAT experience with little stress. Thanks Kerry I appreciate everything!!
