I'm always confident that Tom's Auto will take their time and make sure my vehicle is drivable. Just had a light come on that said low tire pressure (fancy cars with lights)! Never had one that told me what was happening. So I called Tom's and they had me come right over. Found a chunk of metal in my back tire. I left my car, they drove me home, and ordered the tire. Next day they called before noon to say the tire was done. Offered to come get me. A friend gave me a ride. I love Tom's! It is the only place I would take my car. We have been going to Tom's for over 30 years!

We were visiting from out of town and the radiator fan failed on our 2003 VW Eurovan shortly before we arrived. The team at Tom's understood our predicament and were able to find the necessary vintage parts from a supplier who was able to ship them by express delivery. We were on the road again in less than 3 days from our initial drop off of the car! Trenton was very communicative, price transparent and available during the entire experience, they even picked us up when the car repairs were finished. We safely made it back home after a 2 day drive without any further car issues. A big THANKS to the team at Tom's for making this experience an easier one to handle.

My family and I were heading home from vacation when we had a tire blow out. We had our family dog in toe as well. I called Tom’s and Trenton said he could get me back on the road in a couple hours. When we arrived we were met with the friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered from a service provider. They went above and beyond by allowing us to use a loaner car to go get lunch for my hungry family. The dog was allowed to come as well. Larry and Trenton are absolutely outstanding employees. We had the pleasure of meeting tom. Himself as well. He was very friendly to my kids and gave them hot wheels. In a time of extreme stress they made my day unimaginably a million times better!

Highly professional shop..Took great care of our vehicle. They gave a detailed report and reviewed each item. Staff explained all options. Shop was clean and staff were friendly. I trust them to fix all our cars.
